Job Summary
We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the company, including paperwork, scheduling, communication, and coordination. This position requires good organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient office management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Clerical work:
- Write, edit, and file company documents and reports.
- Handle the receipt and delivery of emails and documents.
Schedule management:
- Assist in managing senior management's schedules, arranging meetings and travel.
- Coordinate the time and location of internal and external meetings.
Communication and coordination:
- Serve as the company's main contact with external customers or suppliers, handling daily inquiries.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation between departments.
Data management:
- Update and maintain the company's database and information system to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis to support management decisions.
Administrative support:
- Manage office equipment and inventory to ensure that daily office needs are met.
- Assist in organizing company events and team building.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in administration, business management or related majors.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with multinational company experience.
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Teamwork spirit, able to communicate effectively with employees at different levels.
