You are to manage all financial transactions of the Company. This includes providing accurate quantitative information on financial position, etc

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Manage all financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements
  • Receivables and Payables management.
  • Ensure timely bank lodgments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
  • Plan assign and review staff's work
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Manage payroll
  • Prepare and submit Annual Returns to Registrar- General Department

 

Qualification & Skills

  • HND or Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience as Accounts Manager or higher role
  • Excellent understanding of double entry
  • Ability to prepare financial statements
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
  • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
  • Deadline-Oriented
