Job Summary

Accountant required to oversee hotel budget, Staff payroll, and overall finances of a boutique hotel in East Legon Adjiringanor. The ideal candidate must operate with a high ethical standard.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor and manage Hotel's Overall Budget. 
  • Monitoring Expenses and making adjustments where necessary 
  • Processing Payroll 
  • Track employee expenses 
  • Report Finances - Create and present reports for each department 
  • Financial auditing - Cash Registers & Bank accounts
  • Reporting of theft and have the ability to identify loopholes in budget and processes that can be exploited. 



Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of a degree is required

  • A minimum of  3 years working experience is required
  • Ideal Candidates must have an eye for details
  • Must have an ethical approach to work
  • The Ideal candidates must be suitably qualified and be experienced in handling finances of a company.
