Account Officer

Job Summary

The Accounts Officer shall ensure oversight responsibilities over Accounts Assistants as well as ensuring day-to-day record keeping of the account department are managed in accordance with acceptable standards and laws. He / She works under the Finance Manager.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining financial records.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Checking invoices.
  • Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
  • Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
  • Handling queries related to accounts.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND in accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years
  • Partly on site, partly remote access (work from home)
