Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Officer to assist in our financial department. The responsibilities of an Account Officer include keeping financial records up-to-date, checking for inaccuracies in invoices, and handling queries on general accounts.

Job Description/Requirements
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process invoices, payments, and journals
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Provide support to senior accounting staff
- Develop and maintain accounting spreadsheets
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
