● Leverage Jetstream’s technology platform and work closely with Jetstream’s operations team to obtain end-to-end price quotes, transit times, and tracking information for active shipments;
● Proactively communicate with clients about the status and updates to their shipments, new bookings, and accounts receivable; and
● Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot shipment changes, route modifications, price changes, delays and first / last mile pickups and deliveries.
● Management-level experience in account management or customer service;
● Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, self-teach, and manage complexity;
● 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding or import / export trade;
● Stamina and relentless commitment to getting the job done; and
● Experience working in diverse, international teams

● Degree in logistics, global trade, or supply chain; and
