Job Description/Requirements
What the job entails
- Manage the full sales cycle from targeted outbound to deal closure and ongoing account management (new and existing accounts)
- Follow-up on inbound leads and identify qualified opportunities by understanding their goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, etc.
- Proactively reach out to current customers to identify opportunities for expansion
- Present solutions and demo how Ahrefs can meet client's needs. For larger opportunities, work with senior team members to craft a custom demo & evaluation
- Build relationships with our customers to retain, grow and develop product evangelists
The skills you need
1-3 years of SDR, sales, or account management experience
Experience at a marketing SaaS company or SEO/digital marketing agency
Knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO is a plus
Strong project management skills
Excellent written & spoken communication skills
