The Sales Supervisor reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for increasing the branch’s client base and revenues. They may work with a sales team to generate leads for new business and customers through continual sales promotions. The jobholder is also responsible for making sure the sales team adheres to the company policies

To grow and retain a portfolio of SME customers by performing a proactive, mobile, value adding financial partnership role, ensuring that a full array of customized and relevant financial solutions and services tailored to meet the growth needs and potential of the customers are provided.

Research and develop marketing plans, identify marketing trends and design an appropriate system to improve sales performance.

A self-motivated, energic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, who can work with minimum or less supervision.
