Job Location: Accra/Tema, Greater Accra


Job Description

  • Gathers information on business content and creates an appropriate customer account 
  • Maintains customer records by regularly updating information 
  • Responds to customers concerns via email, live chat, phone calls or any other means specified 
  • Maintains a detailed an accurate record of correspondences and all discussions with clients and provides a detailed report on regular basis 
  • Regularly provides product and service reports 
  • Collects customer data analyse their needs and gives recommendations on products and services for the progress of the company 
  • May suggest adjustments to be made based on experience and information gathered 
  • Help to develop and maintain customer service policy for organisation 
  • Sorts security issues 
  • Reaches out to customers via phone to verify account information 
  • Works to increase client database by responding, convincing and persuading clients via phone ,live chat or email conversation 
  • Studies and masters products and service knowledge of your organisation


Qualification and Requirement

  • Minimum of Degree or HND is required
  • At least 3 years work experience as Technical Support for an E-Commerce payment platform like Expresspay, Slyde Pay etc
  • Knowledgeable in customer service software applications
  • Self Drive
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Team Player
