Job Title: Talent Manager

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

Job Description

  • Grow our pool of consultants through structured searches, targeted international recruiting activities and dedicated referral campaigns
  • Staff client engagements by sourcing suitable teams from the AFG talent pool based on pre-defined skill requirements and budget lines
  • Design and implement performance assessment system that allows for structured feedback to consultants upon conclusion of an engagement
  • Lead the development of learning pathways of consultants that have fulfilled a minimum tenure with AFG
  • Collaborate with AFG clients on the recruiting of management team positions for their organisations from time to time
  • Assist with occasional recruiting of new internal AFG team members

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a talent-management related role
  • Confident communicator, able to generate buy-in from others
  • Strong process manager who can multi-task and keeps cool in stress situations
  • Comfortable in carrying out quantitative analyses in order to run the talent function effectively
  • Very good command of all MS Office applications, especially Powerpoint and Excel
  • Creative, flexible and entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to shape ideas/projects
  • Excellent written and oral skills in the English language; other languages (such as local Ghanaian languages) are a plus
  • Ready to take up work by March 2019
