Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Developing business plan that covers all areas of sales, revenue and expense controls.

·       Manages organizational sales

·       Ensuring that set sales targets are met.

·       Sets individual targets with the sales team

·       Tracking of the set sales team target to ensure that each person is on track leading towards the team target

·       Reporting sales numbers and data

·       Responsible for continuous training of sales people

·       Developing sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education

·       Promoting the business and its products

·       Knows and understands the customers and how they relate to the product

·       Overseeing of activities and establishing strategies with organizations that will lead to increase of sales in TCL products.

·       Devising new and using original strategies and techniques that are needed for the achievement of sales targets

·       Setting of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets and ensuring that they are achieved.

·       Research and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and targeting potential clients

·       Developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts.

·       Overseeing the recruitment of new staff on the team is need be.

·       Keeping track of competition and new trends and products in the market.

·       Staying updated with the latest trends in sales by continuously reading to know and understand industry standards and trends

·       Any other duties  

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business related area. (Sales, Marketing, Business Administration)

·       Adaptive personality. Must have the ability to learn and adjust quickly.

·       Ability to lead a sales team

·       Strong people management skills

·       Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage a team of professionals

o   Have a friendly personality in order to engage well with clients

o   Providing high level customer service to clients

·       Being resourceful, driven, energetic and structured

·       Strong organization and planning skills

o   Ability to multitask

o   Being proactive and goal oriented

o   Able to work independently with minimal supervision

·       Analytical with problem solving and decision-making abilities

o   Identifying problems and solving them in a timely manner.
