Job Summary

He/She will contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Sales, Data Administration, Accounting) as necessary to resolve customers calls, requests, or problems Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing customers loyalty to Rapidusstores, including up-selling Determine and give complimentary to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.g., rewards points, show tickets, gift certificates) Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally Process requests for redeeming Rapidusstores Rewards points Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail Enter Rapidusstores information into appropriate software when taking customers request Answer, record, and process all customers calls, requests, questions, or concerns Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing) Assist management in training and motivating employees; serve as a role model Winning deals to drive sales to Rapidusstores

Job Title: Sales Executive/Tele-sales Executive


Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra


Job Description

  • Telephone calling and follow up to prospective clients as per given caller script and time frame
  • Understanding clients’ concerns / pin points and recommending lifestyle based solutions that addresses their concerns / pin points related to products or services
  • Follow guidelines to schedule appointment of the client for delivery of the product/services
  • Coordinating with companies to confirm scheduled appointment.lead given to sales executives
  • Coordinating with the sales executive Team and Customer Care Team to ensure that trial product is available for delivery
  • Sending an email and whats app (as per specified format)  confirming  name, address, appointment date & time, contact person name, phone number
  • for delivery of item. etc
  • Sending an email and whats app (as per specified format) to recommended company mentioning introducing Rapidus store to the clients.
  • Post-trial following up with companies and individual clients to achieve sales and conversion targets
  • Confirmation calls to clients and given report by close of business


Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of HND,BSc is required
  • At least 1 year to 3 years of experience
  • Fresher can also apply
  • Good communication skills Basic knowledge of knowledge of computer and internet
  • Should be IT Savvy( ,the ability to use what's up,Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, you tube,and so forth)to drive sales to the company
  • Laziness is not tolerated
  • Should be between 21 to 30 years of age
