Ghana Life Insurance Company, Ghana, a leading life insurance Company is looking to recruit highly-motivated, dynamic and competent retail affluent Sales Executives located in Accra, Cape Coast, Tarkoradi, Swedru, Tema, Koforidua, Ho, Hohoe, Denu, Kumasi, Sunyani, Tamale and Bolga.

Role Description and Key Result areas

Provides Life Insurance advice in line with the customer value proposition and compliance framework. Develop, tracks and reviews businesses generated to meet individual performance targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Work in Open, available and specific markets with a specific range of products

 

Prospecting / Relationship building / Financial advice / Sales / Productivity / Persistency.

Accountable for service delivery through own effort. Individually accountable for managing own time, task and output quality over. Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills. Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results. Accepts and lives the company’s values.

 

Sales Productivity / Persistency

Develops tracts and reviews planning guides to meet individual Performance targets and engages in prospecting.

 

Financial Solutions

Provides advice in line with the customer’s needs and the company’s compliance framework. Works in general and specific allocated markets. Works with the company’s range of products.

 

Relationship Building

Establish sound working relationships and Marketing opportunities with prospective and existing clients. Uses appropriate interpersonal and communication techniques to gain clients acceptance. 

Qualification and experience

An SSS, HND and Degree and any other tertiary qualification for be beneficial

Competencies

Tenacity, Technical Knowledge, Sales ability, planning and organizing, Decision Making, client focus.

Remuneration

Allowance –  Six Months Commission
