Vitafoam Ghana Limited seeks the services of Sales Executives
- Sales executives are responsible for generating the income for the company from sales of Company’s goods and services
- Prospecting and establishing contacts with individuals and institutions to create awareness for Vitafoam brand as well as sell the benefits of Vitafoam brand.
- Achievement of agreed target to sustain the company’s revenue and brand visibility, this requires both creativity and natural flair for sales.
- The job is field based. They must spend durable time out of the office meeting with key clients and prospects, gathering trade information, making presentation when necessary, attending relevant events to network with clients or pursue prospects.
The job also involve routine administrative work such as maintaining records, preparation of report, forecasting and assisting with resolution of customers complains. They are also expected to work in line with company’s policy
- Minimum of a Diploma/Bsc. Degree in any course is acceptable
- At least 2 years hands-on experience in Selling and Marketing of foam and furniture products are preferred
- Relevant experience gained in sales and marketing to institutions such as hospitality industries, corporate organisations and schools can be beneficial
- Must be between 25-35 years old
- Ability to be fluent in English and Twi Languages is key
- Ability and knowledge to sell
- Familiarity with foam and furniture products and appropriate channels to generate volume sales
- Excellent inter-personal skill
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Reasonable level of IT skills
- Confidence and tenacity to pursue leads, overcome obstacles and secure deals
- Ability to work independently but also as part of the team
