Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular customer profile analysis and identify cross-selling opportunities, and conduct sales presentation.
  • Provide professional advice and information to clients on deposits, loans, transactions and investments (cross selling).
  • Assist customers in completing Account Opening/Loan Application forms effectively and ensure the forms are processed in time
  • Acquire customers (Deposit, Loans, Investment, Transactions) and effectively manage the relationship to ensure customer loyalty.
  • Follow up on customer to ensure prompt repayment of loan installment.
  • Adhere to all directives in the Branch operation's manual that relate to your Job



Qualification and Requirements

  • BSc/BA degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting or social science, HND in
  • Accountancy or any other related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sale experience in a financial institution.
  • Good personal organization skilss
  • Experience in sales and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
