Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular customer profile analysis and identify cross-selling opportunities, and conduct sales presentation.
- Provide professional advice and information to clients on deposits, loans, transactions and investments (cross selling).
- Assist customers in completing Account Opening/Loan Application forms effectively and ensure the forms are processed in time
- Acquire customers (Deposit, Loans, Investment, Transactions) and effectively manage the relationship to ensure customer loyalty.
- Follow up on customer to ensure prompt repayment of loan installment.
- Adhere to all directives in the Branch operation's manual that relate to your Job
Qualification and Requirements
- BSc/BA degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting or social science, HND in
- Accountancy or any other related course.
- Minimum of 3 years of sale experience in a financial institution.
- Good personal organization skilss
- Experience in sales and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
