Job Location: Accra, Tamale, Kumasi, Cape Coast, Takoradi

 

Job Description

  • Responsible for delivering regional sales and revenue objectives.
  • Delivery of the sales fundamentals targets (Coverage, Distribution, Pricing and Visibility) across all channels via his sales force.
  • Responsible for leading distributor operational business reviews, accompaniment with
  • Supervisors, identifying business opportunities and breakthrough ideas.
  • Ensures perfect reporting of regional sales team.
  • Ensures all trade promotions are executed in line with agreed plan and they are meeting set objectives.
  • Ensure distributor stock levels are adequately monitored and shipment orders are recommended as when due, in the right quantities by SKU
  • Responsible for the training and development of the regional sales team, ensuring that the organisation capacity and capability is at the right level always.
  • Quickly engage with issues and proposed solutions
  • Work in the field 70%+ of the time , particularly focusing on ensuring capabilities are built, issues are understood ,structural improvements opportunities are identified and that priorities are grounded in reality
  • Ensure the sales force operates in line with guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Safety Guidelines are strictly adhered to, reporting all/any safety incidents (Near Misses and Accidents)
  • Consistently analyse the business/market place to identify ways of continually improving the distributor operations.

 

 

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. 
  • At least 3+ years relevant sales experience. 
  • Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite.
