Job Title: Personal Secretary

 

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

 

Job Description

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Filing
  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

 

Qualification and Requirements

  • Must have either SHS Certificate, Diploma, HND or First Degree
  • At least 1-3 years experience in a similar field
