A Reputable Company seeks the services of a Personal Assistant to the Technical Director

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Technical Director

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact between the Technical Director and other internal and external stakeholders (employees, clients and suppliers)
  • Manage the diary of the Technical Director and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of meeting minutes for the managers’ briefings and other management meetings
  • Deliver and pick up business correspondence in the immediate geographic area or run business errands for the Technical Director
  • Provide technical support to the Technical Director at all times both on site and in the office
  • Reply to emails sent to the Technical Director
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the Technical Director as and when necessary
  • Represent the Technical Director in his absence
  • Responsible for handling external correspondence (letters to individuals and corporate
  • bodies outside the company) under the supervision of the Technical Director
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Technical Director

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bsc. in Architecture or Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
  • Must have a proven work experience for at least of 5 years
  • Must be a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in filing and retrieval systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly intuitive
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong numeracy ability
  • Good organization skills
  • Ability to keep confidential information
  • Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Important quality the position requires is confidentiality and discretion at all times and under all circumstances


Candidates with Architecture or Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and Administrative background will be considered
