Job Title: Personal Assistant to GCEO

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

Job Description

  • To generally provide administrative and operational support to the GCEO
  • Organizing meetings and managing the GCEO's schedule

Communication, Reporting and Documentation

  • To gather and maintain information necessary for the day-to day administration of the company
  • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to staff
  • Carrying out research and presenting findings
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Preparing presentations

Support to GCEO

  • Reading and responding to the GCEO’s correspondence
  • Managing the GCEO’s electronic diary
  • Arranging travel and accommodation and occasionally travelling on behalf of the GCEO
  • Answering calls and handling queries for and on behalf of the CEO as instructed
  • Conducting research on specific projects as instructed by the GCEO
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the GCEO is well- prepared for his meetings
  • Screening inquiries, documents, request and handling them appropriately as instructed

Coordination of Departments

  • Plan, communicate and coordinate a calendar of yearly activities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior staff managers
  • Provide administrative support to management
  • Perform any other duty that may be assigned you

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Degree in Business Administration
  • At least 2-3 years of experience
  • High degree of professionalism in delivery of work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • A good team player
  • Be able to work under minimum supervision
  • Should be able to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good administrative and organizational skills high level of confidence and loyalty
  • Must have excellent written and communication skill
