Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra


Job Description

  • To follow up constantly on all client projects
  • Meet all client dead lines
  • Keep Productions manager and team informed on all activities
  • Advice on productions and operations activities accordingly
  • Ensure high quality production and effective operational activities
  • Be very friendly towards customers
  • Cope with customers and not blame them, but rather focus on providing solutions for clients
  • Check all vendor projects for quality standards before delivery
  • Make suggestions and improve on operational activities
  • Prepare operational reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations/conclusions
  • Monitor trends and assist in improvement of services by analysing operations procedure and recommending cost effective and efficient solutions
  • Maintain visibility and enforce reprographics delivery deadline agreements with suppliers
  • Ensure post-production creations are up to client quality specifications


Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree 
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a Printing and Production Industry
  • Should have a marketing background
  • Should have creative mind
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Good leadership qualities
  • Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets
  • Strong deal closing and negotiation skills
  • High level of analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail
  • Real understanding of print and production work
  • Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness
  • Should be able to use Microsoft applications( Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Should have a drivers License
