Job Title: Office Manager

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

Job Description
  • Ensuring the business operations and procedures are followed
  • Maintains time-sheet which feeds into the payroll and prepares payroll
  • Controlling and managing correspondence in and out of the office
  • The Office Manager is the ‘face’ of the business and represents the business on contracts and solicitations professionally in collaboration with the Project Management Specialist
  • Designing filing systems
  • Reviewing and approving supply requisitions
  • Assigning and monitoring clerical functions
  • Supervises the day to day functioning of the office
  • Training staff in the organizational culture
  • Supervises and sets the office culture / standards
  • Prepares financial reports to assist management to make strategic financial decisions

Supervisory Duties
  • He/She is the manager in the office and supervises the entire staff

Internal Relationship
  • The Chief Operations Officer
  • The Chief Technical Officer
  • The Office Manager
  • Works closely with the Assistance office Manager / front desk executive
  • Support Specialists

External Relationship
  • Customers and corporate entities

Performance Criteria
  • Number of repeated clients
  • Number of new clients
  • Turnaround time for jobs
  • Maintenance of a clean and conducive work environment
  • Bottom line of business

Qualification and Requirements
  • A minimum of a first Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in the printing industry will be an added advantage
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a small office
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Multitasking abilities (dexterity)
