Job Location: Achimota Mile 7, Greater Accra


Job Description

  • Greetings clients and visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
  • Announcing clients as necessary
  • Answering Phone in professional manner, screening and directing calls accordingly
  • Handling inquiries about company
  • Managing the filing system and maintain record of documents that are sent out or brought
  • Preparing outgoing mail; sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Assisting the various departments with administrative tasks like photocopying and filing
  • Carrying out specific projects and research given out by director
  • Maintaining stationery and office equipment and supplies to agreed stock
  • Ensuring premises are well maintained and presentable
  • Preparing the meeting room
  • Validating parking tickets for visitors
  • Handling petty cash


Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of a Degree certificate
  • At least 1 to 3 years work experience in the same field 
  • Applicants must be presentable 
  • Applicants must be between the ages of 27 to 37


NOTE: APPLICANTS MUST LIVE AROUND ACHIMOTA AND ITS ENVIRONS

SALARY RANGE: 800 -1500

WORKING HOURS: MONDAYS to FRIDAYS 6:30AM TO 6PM &  SATURDAYS: 8:OOAM TO 5PM
