Position Summary

The Marketing Support Specialist plays a major role in the execution of sales and marketing projects, serves as a point of contact between marketing and other departments, and keeps data + deliverables organized across multiple campaigns. This position requires someone who is comfortable and confident communicating with business leaders on the phone and through email. This person is extremely organized, has strong communication skills, and ready to join a growing, high-achieving, and self-motivated team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of various sales projects

    • -  Identify new customers

    • -  Compile lists describing our organization's offerings

    • -  Clearly communicate the benefits of Boln Technologies’ solutions to prospects

    • -  Manage sales leads through chat and customer service

    • -  Support the sales administration and customer service teams

  • Assist with the execution of various marketing projects

    • -  Schedule and plan meetings required to execute each project

    • -  Organize tasks and deliverables to keep projects moving seamlessly between marketing and other

      departments

    • -  Guide campaigns from inception to final execution while ensuring that campaign goals and strategy

      are being served by ongoing tasks

  • Analyze data from ongoing marketing efforts

- Responsible for regularly gathering and presenting data to help inform marketing strategy • Handle various administrative duties for the marketing team

- Keep track of all recurring tasks assigned to marketing

  • Assist with digital implementation of marketing projects

  • Schedule social media posts

  • Assist with copywriting tasks and proofreading

    Skills

    • Keen organizational skills with an eye (and a love) for detail

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Understanding of marketing best practices

    • Ability to manage multiple complex projects at one time

    • Builds rapport with Boln Technologies staff, contractors, and customers

    • Ability to use technology and automation software

    • Experience working in any CRM is a plus

Experience

1+ years of experience in sales or marketing, marketing administration, customer service, or project management preferred
