Job Description

  • Development of creatives for Clients
  • Responsible for the regular update of the website and social media platforms
  • Assist Management in the development of new products and Services
  • Research and come out with new business ideas
  • Conduct market/competitor intelligence surveys
  • Responsible for the recruitment of temporary sales agents for specific projects
  • Complete operational requirement by scheduling and assigning sales agents to specific tasks
  • Maintain fruitful relationship with existing clients
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Prepare reports on daily, weekly and monthly activities
  • Undertake all administrative responsibilities
  • Prepare quotes and proposals to new clients
  • Organize regular training for sales agents on new products and services from clients
  • Attend meetings, conferences and other events on behalf of KOMTEL Global
  • Any other business that will be assigned to you from time to time


Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of a Degree in Marketing with strong IT background
  • HND/Degree in Website Development with Digital Marketing option
  • Should have completed national Service
  • At least 1 year work experience
  • Experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Innovative, good thinker and problem solver
  • Good leadership skills
  • This means that the role is a crucial one and has the potential of upgrading to a higher (Manager) position
  • Should reside in and around Lapaz, Mallam, Weija, Kasoa, Aplaku, Kokrobite, Bortianor, SCC, Dansoman
