Job Description

  • Through timely and properly handling employee conflicts and disputes to maintain a good employee relationship
  • To assist user department to develop KPI for the employee and collect performance appraising data at the end of the month, ensure the data are correct and timely being submitted to HRM for review
  • To leading recruiting activities and ensure overall process are completed by procedure and timely completed
  • To provide induction training to new employee, and provide relevant regular training to employee base on the monthly performance results and training needs analysis results
  • To organize office weekly meeting, job assignments and implement the working schedule to ensure HR activities and service are performing well
  • Other jobs assigned by HRM
