Job Summary

Responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective on-boarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Organising staff training sessions and activities
  • Monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
  • Performing administrative tasks
  • Performing background checks required by company

 

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or Degree in Administration (HR option) with at least 2 years’ experience
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Organized and efficient in daily tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge


Salary: 1000-1500ghc
