Qualifications. Certified Trainer with a four-year degree in hospitality preferred or a minimum 2 years of broad hospitality experience. 
Experience. Applicant must have worked for a hotel with a reputation for excellent customer service.  experience in housekeeping, restaurant operations, front office operations or back of house.
