Job Title: Head of Sales (Properties)



Location: Accra, Greater Accra


Job Description 
  • You will work with individuals to identify training needs, setting sales targets, ensuring that your team are continually motivated to perform to the best of their ability.
  • You will be responsible for exceeding competitors within the Property Sales Industry and driving your team forward to be the best performing sales team in the region.
  • As part of our client’s ambitions expansion plans, you will take ownership of recruiting new team members, developing new agents to fulfill their potential. You will also have the opportunity to organise and attend targeted sales exhibitions and to develop relationships with new clients.
  • Working closely with the director, you will promote the company and develop new sales strategies, always striving to ensure that business targets are met, or exceeded.

Qualification and Requirements 
  • The candidate must have at least 3 years experience in Property sales with a potential client list.
  • The client is offering a competitive salary, high earning potential and benefits.

Salary: 5000 GHS plus On Target Earning of 50,000 USD
