He/She will be responsible for managing operational and administrative functions of the company to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently He/She will be responsible for overseeing all functions of the business A major part involves delegating tasks, providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to employees as well as developing, implementing and maintaining adequate internal controls He/She will also assist in the financial management of the company and be responsible for Liaising with statutory reporting authorities to comply with statutory payment and reporting requirements

Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’ degree or equivalent experience (minimum) required
  • Professional Accounting and Management background is required
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Can work in a casual environment but still keep the professionalism and meet targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience with project Management is a plus
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
