Front Desk Representative

Job Summary

The company is looking for a highly motivated front desk representative who understands good customer service and is confident with clients.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description

Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1730, Saturday 0900-1400 

Remuneration: up to GHS 1,200 per month gross (depending on experience)
Job Description
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, contractors and other visitors entering the site.
  • Show prospective clients around the site, do viewings, filter sales and lettings requests as directed.
  • Handle the check-in/check-out process for residents
  • Assist with conducting and documenting regular facilities and property inspections
  • Assist with the running of communal facilities such as gym, swimming pool, and
  • clubhouse (including bar services), supervision of on-site cleaners and housekeeping
  • Assist with office admin, including rentals and property management as required
  • Work closely with the office to provide prompt response to requests and issues from residents
  • Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants and the office as required
Skills, Abilities & Qualities:
  • Presentable, service and sales oriented, cool under pressure, people’s person, organised, quick thinking
Requirements:
  • Previous office and rentals/property management or hotel experience
  • Proficiency in MS
  • Word and Excel
  • References required
