Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Job Location: Airport Residential Area, Greater Accra

Job Description
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Register names and contact details of all visitors
  • Meets and greet all guests upon arrival and departure
  • Escorts guests to their allocated room and explain the facilities and room features
  • Maintains regular contacts with the guests
  • Obtains guest feedback on their stay in the apartments. If complaints, takes immediate actions to remedy solutions
  • Ensures that, whenever possible, guests receive personal recognition
  • Handle guest complaints immediately and follows up thoroughly
  • Assist the guests in their travel needs, like tours they can enjoy, where to dine, shop or rent a car among other arrangements that guests may desire to be helped with
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

Qualification and Requirements
  • A maximum of a Higher National Diploma¬†
  • Entry level
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent guest service and time management skills
  • Able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload
  • A team player and a self-starter, yet able to work independently
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and use of the internet
