• To oversee all interaction with visitors to the office and handling of their requests.Duty includes delegating the request to the appropriate person or serving them personally as may be required.
• Responsible for fulfilling front desk administrative tasks including keeping a detailed record of all visitors, and correspondence.
Management of all phone calls channelled through THE OFFICE’s telephone console.
Front Desk Management
· Receive and interact with all visitors to the office.
· Record details of all visitors to THE OFFICE
· Responsible for the coordination and management of all ID and VISITORS CARDS
· Delegation of visitors’ requests at the front desk to the appropriate member of staff.
· Addressing enquires and issues of visitors’ whenever possible and transferring such enquires and issues to the appropriate staff as and when required.
