Job Title: Finance Officer


Job Location: North Ridge, Greater Accra


Job Description

  • Document financial transactions by entering account information
  • Prepare invoices, receipts and statements
  • Assists with summarising current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
  • Assists with developing, maintaining, and analysing budgets, preparing regular reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs for both service charge and company budgets
  • Assists with developing, implementing, modifying, and documenting record-keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology
  • Assist Finance Manager as requested
  • Filing and general office admin
  • Data entry
  • Communicate effectively in a meaningful way with the Finance Manager and the team
  • Maintains customers confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

 

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of Degree plus ICA or ACCA Part 2 Holder
  • At least 1 year experience
  • Sharp, analytical mind
  • Fast learner
  • Proficiency in MS Excel – Intermediate to Advanced
  • Familiarity with other financial management software
  • Rentals and Property Management/Facilities Management experience ideal

 

Contract Duration: 8 months
