ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMINISTRATION – expected to oversee and coordinate the following as directed by council:
Human Resource and Admin Management
* Workshops/seminars, production and initiate publication of journals/periodicals, arrange general meetings etc.
Finance and Accounts Management
* Prepare final accounts and file returns, payroll, accounts reconciliation, budgeting, monthly reports etc.
* Strategize and institute an efficient way for revenue collections, investment of revenue and disbursement of such funds for activities etc.
PUBLIC RELATION – in charge of
* Effective communication to the association’s current and potential members
* General public and press relationship
* Networking – through participation in promotional events, press conferences, exhibitions, tours and visits relevant for networking for the growth of the association.
* Liaise with government agencies on behalf of the body/association
* Promote and maintain brand of the association
* Publicize association to attract membership and entice to retain old membership and their involvement.
*Finance and Administration
*Public Relation- experience or knowledge
*At lease 5 years working experience in any field
*Marketing – knowledge and understanding technical knowledge in construction or building is a plus
