Job Title: Executive Assistant/Administrator

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

Job Description

  • Coordinate and execute communications including taking calls, responding to mails and interfacing with clients
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team, partners. and executive
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage executive meetings and travelling itineraries
  • Prepare proposal, letters and corresponding with stakeholders
  • Arrange corporate events and activities
  • Other related job roles 

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of a 1st Degree
  • At least 5 years work experience in Marketing or related skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment and willingness to efficiently handle a substantial workload and to assume tasks outside the core sphere of responsibilities
  • Organized, proactive, ability to work autonomously, perseverance
  • Ability to work in a team, networking skills
