ERP Coordinator


Job Summary

We have need for a ERP coordinator, the resource person should be a non-technical IT professional who has functional ERP implementation expertise and play a role as client side internal team coordination along with implementation teams. Anybody with an experience of 3 plus years in related field shall be doable.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description

  • Coordinate with stakeholders (The company & ESS) for scheduling the various activities such as discussions, trainings, reviews etc
  • Monitor day to day activities and escalate the various issues to management
  • Bridge the gap between ESS team & The company stakeholders in day to day activities
  • Organize the user training sessions & follow up with both parties
  • Single Point of contact & manage user queries on day to day basis
  • Responsible for system administration activities such as user & role creation, work flow management, monitoring ERP data backup, managing servers etc
  • First level trouble shoot with ERP users
  • Conducting internal management reviews
  • Maintain minutes of meeting for all important discussion between both parties
  • Coordinate with ESS team for various ERP related functional & technical issues
  • Maintain inter department coordination
  • Responsible for ERP documentation & sign off’s at various level during implementation
