Job Description

  • Our office manager will be responsible for managing the day to day activities at our new branch
  • Ordering stationery and furniture
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Managing office budgets
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems


Qualification and Requirements

  • Office Manager should have a background in Administration of any related field.
  • Must live within Accra
  • Must have a minimum of a Degree
