The digital marketing manager is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and generate sales. We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized social media specialist to join our growing team. You must be able to create consistent,meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.

Job Description

  • Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
  • Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
  • Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles; · Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
  • Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach


Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of A bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, graphic design and social media
  • Ability to design and manage websites will be an advantage
  • Valid driving license, not less than 2 years
  • Fluency in French will be a key advantage
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability;
  • Highly imaginative, creative and ability to think outside the box
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
