  • Manage large volume of incoming calls and messages
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Assist with placement of orders, refund and cancellation
  • Liaise with 3rd parties to manage product deliveries to customers
  • Entice and persuade customers to make purchases
  • Initiate and implement digital marketing strategies
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and update accounts
  • Assist in every way to meet sales targets 
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by analyzing customer needs

Qualification/Requirement 

    • A Minimum of HND in Administration or related field
    • At least two years working experience.
