A Reputable Sports Betting Company seeks experienced Customer Services Agents to join their growing team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing fantastic service and support to our customers over the phone, live chats and social media platforms in our contact centre.
- Call record handling, email rely and filling documents
- Advising our customers on all types of queries such as membership signup, bet settlement, sports betting options, deposit & payout processing, odd variations and using company’s mobile App.
- Working remotely via other platform with the rest of the customer support team.
Qualification and Experience
- HND / Degree in Relevant Field
- Having technical background in online shopping, gaming, betting or casino and telecommunication.
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Office products especially Excel, word & PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills over phone, and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work under extreme pressure, and in shifts
- Must possess integrity and trustworthiness towards the company.
