Job Title: Customer Service Agent

 

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

 

Job Description

  • Provide multi-tiered support to all of our customers across Ghana
  • Interact with customers via all inbound support channels including LiveChat, email, phone, and social media, with the goal of providing timely, friendly, and incredible product support
  • Work closely with your global Customer Support counterparts to ensure full-coverage is provided across all channel
  • Rapidly escalate issues, working directly with line managers and our product/engineering teams to ensure we know what’s happen in real-time
  • Work closely with our product managers to aggregate product and platform bugs, as well as any other user-facing issues
  • Provide ad-hoc reports on product issues and customer intelligence
  • Create and update documents (escalation matrices, resolution procedures, etc) as needed

 

Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree essential
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in customer support or a help-desk environment
  • Naturally and effortlessly charismatic
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with rapidly growing organizations
  • Highly analytical with the capability to propose and defend your ideas
  • Have an intimate understanding of Nollywood content and a passion for it
  • Action oriented, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
  • Experience with eCommerce and internet businesses in Africa
  • Experience working with global multinational companies is a plus
  • Background in Product Support, Digital Media, Marketing/Business Development, or Entertainment
