Job Description

  • Monitor client account and systems for full functionality 
  • Perform on-site and off-site technical tasks required to set up and maintain client systems.
  • Keeps accurate records of client account
  • Keep accurate records of system configuration and changes
  • Offer technical assistance to clients on their accounts 
  • Perform general and technical support tasks to enable clients access their services.
