Job Title: Claims Officer

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

Job Description

  • Processing of Health Insurance claims for payments
  • Match data to entries within the organization’s accounting system on a daily basis, ensuring any discrepancies are identified, followed up and resolved promptly
  • Complete the transactional reconciliation on daily/monthly basis in accordance with the established timetable and ensure full documentation of reconciling items

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Business Administration, or Banking
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent writing skills, and ability to explain technical accounting issues to colleagues
  • Good team player and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated competences for accuracy, attention to detail
