Perform duties of a Church Administrator/Secretary.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

  • Record all inventories,information, and work with both Supervisors and Members to ensure operations run smoothly in accordance with policies set forth by Supervisor.
  • Manages the administrative details of all church operations, arrangements, and communicates effectively and timely with Supervisors via whatsapp, email, or phone 
  • Assisting with research, credentialing, recruitment, posting ads,reviewing and gathering requested information, including receipts and necessary documents for all transactions and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Perform assigned task by Pastor and Supervisors

 

 Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of a Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Must be innovative,smart and elegant.
  • Should not be quick tempered

Job Location: Kokomlemle, Greater Accra 

Salary: GH 800

Age Range: Between  27-30years

Working Days and Hours : Monday-Friday 10:00am -5:00pm, Saturday-Sunday 2:00pm-5:00pm
