Job Title: Call Centre Associate 

Job Location: Tema, Greater Accra

Job Description
Inbound customer care specialists are responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business. 
  • Determines requirements by working with customers
  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
  • Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features
  • Maintains call center database by entering information
  • Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Qualification and Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required, and customer service experience is preferred
  • Minimum of HND or any diploma from a recognize accredited institution
  • Must be fluent in English, Twi and 1 or more Ghanaian languages
  • Must be customer oriented, smart and must have basic stills in computer usage
