Job Description

  • Our call center representative will be responsible for receiving inbound calls, handling customer complains, replying and sending email.
  • You will be responsible for placing calls and receiving calls to and from clients of the company and its partners
  • Resolving customer problems
  • Providing guidance
  • Advising about products in stock


Requirements

  • A minimum of HND 2 years proven experience in customer service
  • Fluent in English and must speak at least 2 local languages
