Job Description

Ensure that the client needs are met by:

  • Sourcing suitable clients for the business
  • Up selling of all H.R. related services to the client
  • Follow up with the client to ensure client satisfaction
  • Sends proposals to the client
  • Ensures costings are done correctly
  • Follows up with recruiters to ensure that all candidates are suitable for the roles
  • Manages the client relationship
  • Involved with interviewing of suitable candidates for the client
  • When required : will source suitable candidates from the relevant databases
  • Follows up with the client to ensure satisfaction
  • Responsible for meet targets as set from time to time
  • Responsible for the creation of pipelines within the business
  • Responsible for meeting targets as set
  • Negotiating deals
  • Closing of deals
  • Managing client satisfaction
  • Ensures targets are met by introducing new clients and gives input into trends within the market place

KPIs to measure success
Policy adherence :
  • Adhere to the CRM Policy
  • Understanding of the resourcing process (end to end) as well as procedures and operating model
  • Understanding of all H.R. related products TATC offers

Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree is preferred
  • Commercial understanding
  • Attention to detail
  • 2 -3 years in a consulting /sales environment within a similar industry
  • HR Related / Recruitment background 
  • Experience in B2B selling
