Job Description

  • Collects client requirements and performs analysis for medium and large size internal and external projects
  • Provide insight and reports about customer experience behaviors and trends using data analysis, data mining, data modeling, optimization tools, and statistics
  • Analyze metrics for identifying cause-effect relationships between outcomes and actions to grow customer loyalty 
  • Access and automate reports including custom reporting while using appropriate analysis and monitoring tools
  • Communicate and present findings and become a trusted customer experience analytics advisor for the organization responsible for analyzing problems and making decisions that positively impacts projects
  • Ensures software implementations occur in accordance with established change control procedures
  • Coordinate the tasks associated with but not limited to defect tracking, project tracking and reporting, etc
  • Responsible for producing high quality deliverables in a timely manner
  • Performs project management activities such as planning and sizing
  • Proactively communicates project status and issues through regular reporting to Supervisor/project team
  • Successfully completes all relevant product certifications, technical and professional training programs in accordance with performance agreement goals and objectives
  • Building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Any other duties assigned by your Supervisor

 

Qualification and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, business related fields
  • Three or more years of experience as Business / Systems Analyst in a large team
  • Exposure to Agile Software Methodologies
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • IT proficiency
  • Strong business knowledge and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of information systems concepts
  • Strong knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures
  • Demonstrable decision-making and leadership skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use critical thinking and logic skills to drive efficiencies and solve problems 
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests and to collaborate with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify high quality solutions
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Clearly articulate problem statements and come up with innovative ideas working with different teams
  • Experience or exposure in database analytics, data mining, and trend analysis is preferred
