  • Conduct research and draw insights from large data
  • Collect and monitor financial data, business modelling and analysis
  • Report on Financial performance and prepare for regular Management reviews
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
  • Provide analyses of trends, conduct forecasts and recommend actions for business decisions
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
  • Maintain high standard of personal presentation
  • Represent company in a professional manner at all times
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects pursued by management and CEO of the company 

Qualification and Requirements
The successful candidate for this role:
  • Should have a BA, BSc or B.Com (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics)
  • Must have up 3 years work experience after National Service, in Finance, general management or other relevant field.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite – especially Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must have a good business acumen
  • Should be self-motivated, organized, and results driven
  • Should have excellent verbal and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Should work independently in a small, innovative and effective team
  • Must be willing and able to commute to Lashibi for work
  • Must have a clean driver’s license and able to drive
