Job Title: Assistant Secretary

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

Job Description
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders

Qualification and Requirements
  • Stenographer Grade I/HND Administration & Secretarialship/Any other Secretarial qualification
  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office suite

  • Able to work with or no little supervision
  • Team player
  • Perform basic clerical duties
  • Should be proactive
  • Organizational abilities
  • Clear, friendly and professional communication skills
  • An ability to stay calm and tactful under pressure
  • Good time management etc
